My client, a food production company based in the Tewkesbury area is looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer Team Leader on a permanent contract. \n\nYou will provide support and coaching to the on-site team to ensure minimum downtime for the production team with both mechanical and electrical issues\n\nThe main responsibilities of the role includes\n\n- Support Engineering Manager over different shifts\n- Deliver plant and reactive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment\n- Maintaining accurate records\n- Mentoring apprentices on-site\n- Deputizing for Maintenance Manager \n\nAs a suitable candidate you will offer the following\n\n- Minimum of electrical apprenticeship qualification\n- Ideally have experience in an FMCG Production environment\n- Experience working with automated machinery\n- Disciplined to work alone\n- Flexible to work across different shifts\n- Some previous experience in a team leader role would be preferred\n\nThe starting salary is based on 40 hours pw at £20.51 per hour, overtime is paid after 40 hours at time and a quarter\n\nKeywords\nMaintenance, Engineer, Electrical, Mechanical, Apprenticeship
