This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment, where you will have the chance to shape engineering strategy and contribute to an ongoing transformation.Performance ObjectivesDeliver the site engineering strategy, ensuring production runs efficiently, reliably, and on targetMaintain and enhance technical capabilities across electrical, mechanical, and automation systemsDiagnose faults across electrical control systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens)Carry out mechanical maintenance on pumps, valves etcEnsure compliance with H&S, steam systems, effluent processes, and all relevant regulatory requirementsBalance reactive and proactive tasks, contributing to preventative maintenance (PM) completion and GMP standardsPerson SpecificationExperience in fast-moving, clean, high-tech production BRC regulated industryStrong technical competency in both electrical (PLC, drives, automation) and mechanical systems (pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, valves, thermal processes)The ability to diagnose faults, prioritize effectively, and know when to seek supportA proactive and independent mindset, with the confidence to share your ideas and challenge existing processesQualifications: Apprenticeship (Electrical or Mechanical), BTEC/C&G in Engineering, H&S qualificationKnowledge of Asbestos, Legionella, DSEAR, and Pressure SystemsEffluent/Water Treatment/DAF Plant experience highly desireableApplyTo apply, please send your CV via the Apply Now option.
