The Role: As the Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving a wide range of manufacturing and site equipment to ensure smooth and efficient night-time operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults on production machinery and site equipment.
Work collaboratively with the night shift team to minimise downtime.
Ensure all work is completed safely and to compliance standards.
Proactively support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
What We're Looking For: Recognised electrical qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, etc.).
Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Good mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience.
Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.
Ability to work independently on night shifts.
Flexible, proactive, and safety-focused.
