Maintenance Engineer

Dartford Area Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 DOE Shifts: Night shift 9pm to 6am, Full-time, Permanent

Premier Recruitment Group are proudly partnering with a fast-growing and dynamic fresh produce business based in the Dartford area. Due to continued expansion and the installation of brand-new, state-of-the-art production lines, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their on-site engineering team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer looking to work with brand-new equipment in a chilled FMCG environment. Full training will be provided at the commissioning stage, making it ideal for someone who is keen to develop their career within a supportive and progressive company.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out both reactive and planned maintenance on machinery and production equipment. Respond swiftly to breakdowns and minimise downtime. Complete PPM tasks and maintain accurate records via the CMMS system. Support machinery installation, movement, and commissioning projects. Work closely with operations and production teams to ensure smooth running of the site. Promote and adhere to health & safety and food safety standards. Support and contribute to the training and development of team members.

Skills & Experience Required:
