Maintenance Engineer - FMCG Shift: Monday-Friday (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm rotating) Salary: £45,000-£50,000
I'm working with a well-established, global FMCG business looking to strengthen their engineering team with a hands-on Maintenance Engineer.
This is a fast-paced, automated environment where you'll play a key role in keeping operations running efficiently and reliably.
What you'll be doing:
Fault finding and repair across electrical & mechanical systems Maintaining production equipment and site utilities Delivering PPM activities to a high standard Responding to breakdowns and minimising downtime Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives Working closely with the wider engineering and production teams
What I'm looking for:
Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent) Strong hands-on maintenance experience Confident fault finding across electrical and mechanical systems Experience within FMCG or manufacturing environments Good understanding of H&S and maintenance best practices Proactive, team-focused approach
