When the plant stops, you're the reason it starts again-fast, safe, properly.

Keep production moving, maintain and repair equipment, and support efficiency and safety targets.

Planned maintenance matters.

Fault-finding matters more.

You'll Do: Respond quickly and safely to breakdowns and stoppages Maintain, adjust, and repair production equipment Perform planned maintenance within your competence Fault-find and repair machines, single- and three-phase systems Support equipment to meet product specs and OEE targets Collaborate with engineering leadership and external support Follow all H&S procedures (LO/TO, COSHH) Log labour and parts accurately in SAP Train staff on safe machine operation Contribute to waste reduction and recycling initiatives You'll Bring: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical equivalent experience UK-recognised electrical or mechanical xbpsjku qualifications Strong problem-solving and decision-making Ability to work under pressure without panicking Clear communication and attention to detail Perks & Benefits: Rotating days and nights, 4 on / 4 off Permanent role on a busy manufacturing site A role where your technical competence actually counts Apply now:
