Shift Pattern - PANAMA Days

Henderson Brown is delighted to partnering with an FMCG Manufacturer in South Lincolnshire, who are recruiting for a Multi-skilled Engineer to join their team. A genuine opportunity to be part of a close-knit team, you will be an expert in Electrical and Mechanical maintenance, working on a PANAMA style shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily maintenance tasks and machinery improvements
Identify and resolve faults using root cause analysis
Support engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Promote a proactive PPM culture
Assist in machine setup with operations
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Communicate with stores and teams to maintain smooth operations
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholdersRequirements:

NVQ Level 3 / BTEC Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Experience in a similar role (such as multi skilled engineer, electrical maintenance engineer, shift engineer, shift technician, maintenance technician)
Practical experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or food production environment
Good understanding of PPM systems and maintenance best practices
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
