Performance Objectives Ensure efficient production line performance through proactive maintenance and rapid fault rectification. Conduct and oversee accurate and efficient machine changeovers. Provide on-the-job training for production team members to enhance operational competence. Continuously improve machinery performance by analyzing downtime causes and implementing engineering solutions. Facilitate effective shift handovers by coordinating with production technicians. Maintain a safe and effective operation of all machinery, reporting failures to the Engineering Shift Manager. Collaborate with the engineering team to maximize production performance. Support and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance. Maintain accurate documentation in line with ISO 9001:2000 standards.
