Our client is a global manufacturer of bespoke products and solutions that are used within a multitude of industry sectors, and they are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Maintenance Engineer, your role will focus on both reactive and the planned preventative maintenance across their site to ensure that production downtime is kept to a minimum.
Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:
-            Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance activities across the site.
-            Work to maintenance schedules and SOPs.
-            Fault find and carry out both machinery and facility repairs.
-            Provide technical support to Operatives and the wider engineering team.
-            Assist with machinery upgrades and continuous improvement activities.
-            Assist with electrical fault finding and electrical testing when required.
Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
-            Previous experience working in a Maintenance Engineer position is essential.
-            Ability to read to read and work to engineering drawings.
-            Experience with Welding would be advantageous.
-            Electrical fault-finding experience would be beneficial.
-            Must be a team player.
