Shifts: Panama Shifts, Days & Nights, 12-hour shifts -3s & 2s.

We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer  to help drive operational excellence in a dynamic and supportive food production facility. If you're passionate about problem-solving, proactive maintenance, and continuous improvement, this could be your next big career move.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform planned and preventative maintenance using your mechanical, electrical, and control systems expertise

Investigate equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes

Support technical development of colleagues and share knowledge across the team

Contribute to site-wide continuous improvement and project initiatives

Oversee contractor activity with a focus on safety and compliance What You’ll Need:

Time-served apprenticeship with an Electrical bias (18th Edition desirable)

Strong knowledge of PLC systems (Allen Bradley or Siemens experience beneficial)

Familiarity with SCADA systems, fault diagnosis, and high-speed manufacturing

A team-focused mindset with a drive to coach, support, and improve

Confident working independently and leading on technical challengesWhat’s On Offer:
