Hours:4on/4off(Days&Nights6am6pm/6pm6am)
Workinga4on/4offrotatingdaysandnightsshiftpattern,youwillplayakeyroleinensuringplantreliability,minimisingdowntime,andsupportingcontinuousproduction.
KeyResponsibilities
- Carryoutplannedpreventativemaintenance(PPM)andrespondeffectivelytobreakdownstomaximiseplantuptime
- Ensuremachineryisreturnedtooperationquicklyandsafelyfollowingfaults
- Supportlong-termmaintenanceplanningalongsidetheEngineeringTeamManager(ETM)
- Performroutinemaintenanceonboilersandassociatedsystems
- Maintainandmonitorpressuresystems,includingsteam,condensate,andcompressedair
- Ensureallplantissafelyisolatedformaintenance,cleaning,andcontractorwork
- IssueandmanagePermitstoWorkandIsolationCertificatesinlinewithprocedures
- Assistandsupervisecontractorsonsitewhenrequired
- Accuratelyrecordallmaintenanceactivitiesusinginternalsystemsandlogs
- Reportandmanagesparepartsusagetoensureavailabilityforfuturerepairs
- Maintainhighhousekeepingstandardsacrossthesite
- Promotearightfirsttimeapproachtomaintenance,implementinglong-termsolutions
- AdheretoallHealth&Safetylegislation,includingsafesystemsofworkandriskassessments
- EnsurecompliancewithrelevantregulationsincludingElectricityatWorkRegulations,LOLER,ISO14001&ISO50001
- Supportenvironmentalinitiatives,includingspillresponseandprevention
- Assistproductionteamsandcontributetoongoingsiteimprovements
