We are currently seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of planned and reactive building fabric repairs across multiple client sites, ensuring high standards of workmanship, excellent customer service, and compliance with company procedures. Responsibilities of a Maintenance Engineer: Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks including Minor carpentry, Plumbing repairs, Decorating tasks and General fabric repairs Carry out quoted works and provide simple quotations when required Schedule and complete remedial works to a high standard Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams Maintain accurate records using worksheets and computer systems Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Travel between multiple client sites (company van provided) Skills of a Maintenance Engineer: Previous experience in a building fabric/maintenance role Basic skills across multiple trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, painting) Knowledge of M&E environments is desirable Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Full, clean UK driving licence Benefits of a Maintenance Engineer: Company van an...
