Panama Shifts – Days and Nights (12 hours)  (3s & 2s) (2 weeks Days then 2 weeks Nights) Key Responsibilities of Maintenance Engineer:
Deliver hands-on engineering support to keep production running smoothly Perform both reactive and planned maintenance Use CMMS system to record and track maintenance activities Work closely with production to meet performance goals Follow safety and repair best practices at all times Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives Be part of a collaborative, supportive engineering team with a strong culture of teamwork What We’re Looking For:
Time-served or apprenticeship-trained engineer Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3 and BTEC, ONC/HNC preferred) Strong electrical skillset Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment A positive, proactive mindset and a team player Eagerness to grow, learn, and contribute to a forward-thinking engineering department To Apply:
