Maintenance Engineer Job Title: Maintenance Engineer Salary: £44k Hours: Monday Friday, 8am4pm Contract: Permanent Location: Hadley, Telford A well-established manufacturer is looking for a capable and resilient Maintenance Engineer to join a small maintenance team. This is a hands-on role in a heavy industrial environment The Role Maintenance Engineer The workload is split between PPM and reactive breakdown. Other plant equipment which includes pumps, chemical treatment systems, dust filtration and conveyors. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance on overhead cranes and all associated plant and equipment Electrical fault-finding and diagnosis on a range of machinery and control systems PLC fault-finding Maintain and repair pumps, dust filtration systems, chemical treatment plant and conveyor systems Participate in an on-call rota (1 in 3 weeks, MondayFriday only) Skills and Qualifications Recognised electrical qualification minimum City & Guilds Level 2 Experience with motors, inverter drives and control systems Basic PLC fault-finding experience Overhead crane experience Comfortable working at height Heavy industry b...
