What's in it for you as a Maintenance Engineer: £54,340 salary plus overtime available Night shifts: 42.5 hours per week Bonus scheme Enhanced holiday allowance Contributory pension scheme Employee discount Ongoing training and development opportunities Long-term stable role within a leading manufacturing business MainResponsibilities of a Maintenance Engineer: Carry out fault finding, diagnosis and mechanical repairs Support planned preventative maintenance in line with site schedules and budgets Improve plant reliability and maximise equipment uptime Assist with installation, servicing and adjustment of mechanical components Conduct daily inspections and ensure timely resolution of breakdowns Maintain accurate maintenance records in line with company standards Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer: Background in mechanical fitting, automotive mechanics, or agricultural engineering Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced industrial environment Ability to work night shifts as part of a team Willingness to develop skills through training and upskilling Experience in industrial maintenance is advantageous but not essential To become a Maintenance Engineer, we would welcome applications from Mechanical Fitter, Maintenance Fitter, Automotive Technicians, Agricultural Engineers, Plant Fitters and Maintenance Technicians. xbpsjku
