What you'll be doing

Delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a fast-paced manufacturing site
Responding quickly to faults to minimise downtime and maintain production output
Working collaboratively with production teams to support continuous, efficient operations
Identifying improvements and contributing to ongoing site reliability and optimisationWhat you'll need

A Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Maintenance experience within a fast-moving manufacturing environment
Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
