What You'll Be Doing As the Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth, safe, and effective running of engineering activities across multiple sites. Key responsibilities include: Leadership & Team Management - Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and development to engineering teams (Shift & Day Engineers). - Conduct annual appraisals following BGIS training completion. - Ensure engineers are equipped, supported, and informed to deliver a high-quality service. - Act as first point of contact for all in-hours shift issues and mechanical escalations.
