The Maintenance Operative is a key member of our team, they will work independently or as part of a team to keep the grounds of our Holiday Parks to an immaculate standard and ensure any maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. The role is37.5 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: General Maintenance duties on the Parks on a weekly rota basis. Carry out groundskeeping duties such as grass cutting, strimming & weeding. Completing remedial works on the Parks to keep high standards. Scheduling larger remedial works with other team members and overseeing these tasks to completion as and when required. Help with siting of new homes from when they arrive to Customer handover and dealing with aftersales. Ad hoc duties as and when required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Experience of grounds maintenance such as mowing, hedge trimming etc. Experience with groundworks and laying of slabs, blocks a benefit. Experience with the maintenance of tools and equipment. Experience with basic repairs. Experience with basic plumbing. A knowledge of Health & Safety and Safe Working Practices advantageous Plumbing background advantageous
