On-Call All round Multiskilled Maintenance/ Handyperson

Caval is working with a commercial/fit-out contractor who is working within a busy maintenance contract and looking for additional resources to support the contract.
The sites are based in Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Dundee. You’ll play a key role in keeping their clients’ buildings safe, compliant, and running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Attending to reactive maintenance calls across a variety of commercial sites in Glasgow, Edinburgh, or Dundee (You can be on call for 1,2 of 3 of the sites).

* Attending the site to confirm first fix.

* Ideally, to repair/ provide a quote for additional works required.

* Repair walls – plaster/ painting.

* Repair/ replace – carpets, tiles and vinyl flooring.

* Repair/ replace – furniture and all round exterior maintenance

What We’re Looking For

* Any transferrable maintenance qualification.

* Full UK Driving Licence.

* Previous experience in FM/commercial environments (desirable).

* **Happy to work on solely on-call / adhoc as and when required basis**.
