To enhance our Property team, we arelooking to recruita motivated Maintenance Handy Person. As a Maintenance Handy Person your key responsibilities involve: Responding to any calls regarding the maintenance and repair of hotel equipment. Carry out preventative maintenance to ensure that the Hotel Premises are kept to the highest of standards. Carry out work as required on the exterior of the property The skills and experiencerequired as Maintenance Handy Person are: Previous working experience in a similar role is essential. Excellent attention to details Effective and clear communication skills and the ability to work closely with other departments and hotel guests. A key trade would be desirable but not essential.
