Your new company You will be joining an existing trades team at one of the largest employers in the Aberdeen area. Your new role Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on domestic properties in Aberdeen Perform repairs, installations, and refurbishments to a high standard Contracts will include kitchen & bathroom installation, uPVC windows & doors as well as reactive repairs. Work independently and as part of a team to meet service targets in line with housing standards Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies What you'll need to succeed You will need to be a time-served or gold card joiner who ideally has experience working in a housing environment, either void housing or occupied properties. Due to the mobile nature of the work, you will need to have a valid UK Driving licence as a van will be provided, and you must be able to commit to a 5-day, 38-hour working week.
