Maintenance Manager - Electrical\n\nPermanent & Full Time\n\nAn established large-scale estate is seeking an experienced Reactive Maintenance Manager (Electrical) to lead the delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused electrical maintenance service across a complex, multi-site environment.\n\nThis role is responsible for managing an in-house electrical team, overseeing reactive and planned maintenance activities, ensuring statutory compliance, and acting as a key technical authority for low and high voltage systems.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLine management of an in-house electrical maintenance team, including apprentices\nAllocation and coordination of reactive and planned maintenance works\nManagement of performance against SLAs and KPIs using a CAFM system\nActing as a Lead Authorised Person for Low and High Voltage systems\nEnsuring compliance with Electricity at Work Regulations, 18th Edition, PUWER and H&S legislation\nManaging contractors, permits to work, audits and performance reviews\nBudget monitoring, procurement and invoice approval \n\nAbout You\n\nQualified in an electrical discipline (minimum NVQ Level 3)\n18th Edition and 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)\nProven experience managing electrical maintenance on a large or complex site\nStrong people management, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills\nLow Voltage Authorised Person (High Voltage experience desirable) \n\nWhat's On Offer\n\nPermanent, full-time role (35 hours per week)\nOn-call allowance (c. £3,800 per annum)\nAdditional duty holder allowance available\nFlexible working options following initial on-site period\nOpportunity to work in a diverse, technically complex estate
