Maintenance Manager (Industrial / Hands-On)

£40,000 - £45,000 + Overtime OTE £53,000 + Company Bonus + 33 Days Holiday + benefits

Are you a Maintenance Manager from an industrial background looking for a varied and diverse role, maintaining complex processing machinery, whilst leading a team of engineers where you will be integral for the continued operation of this long-standing company?
\n
In this role you will be responsible for the electrical and mechanical maintenance of processing machinery such as filter pressers, cranes, chillers and conveyors. This is a varied role, where you will also lead a team of engineers and be responsible for budgeting and maintenance scheduling.
\n
This company have been operating for over 157 years and pride themselves on the high standards of their work and position as a leader in the supply of their niche product. You will play a crucial role in the continued operation of this long-standing, industry leading business.

This role would suit an enthusiastic Maintenance Engineer from an industrial background looking for a split between team management and hands-on maintenance for a well-established company.

Compliance checks on all factory equipment

Maintenance activities on cranes and factory machinery
\n
Progress to a Maintenance Manager and lead a team of engineers

Monday-Friday, flexible start and finish, 40 hours per week
