We’re hiring a Maintenance Manager (also suited to an Engineering Maintenance Manager / Maintenance or Engineering Supervisor / Lead Maintenance Engineer ) to lead a small team and stay hands-on in our manufacturing site in St Helens.

What you’ll do Own TPM/PPM plans, CMMS data, and downtime/OEE improvement. Lead & coach 2–6 engineers/techs; set standards and safe systems of work. Diagnose/repair across pumps, motors, drives, pneumatics/hydraulics , conveyors; PLC fault-finding . Ensure compliance: LOLER/PUWER/COSHH , permits, audits. Deliver capex, installations and commissioning with suppliers. Partner with Production to keep lines running and hit schedules.
