Site Engineering & Maintenance Manager Location: South of Belfast Salary: Competitive + Benefits Package We are currently recruiting for a Site Engineering & Maintenance Manager to join a well-established industrial processing business operating within a fast-paced, heavy plant environment. This is a site-level leadership role with full responsibility for engineering performance, maintenance strategy, and contractor management. The position offers the opportunity to take ownership of engineering standards and play a key role in improving plant reliability and operational efficiency. The Role You will take ownership of all engineering activity on site, with a strong focus on driving standards, improving maintenance practices, and ensuring compliance.
