What we're looking for: Essential * Proven maintenance management experience in industrial/process plants (e.g., EfW, MPT, or heavy engineering), ensuring plant reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance. * Strong leadership skills-managing teams, contractors, and budgets while maintaining HSE and environmental standards. * Technical knowledge of PPM, asset management systems (e.g., HxGN EAM), and fault diagnostics to optimise plant performance. * Excellent communication-liaising with operations, senior management, and external stakeholders (e.g., EA, local councils). Desirable * Relevant qualifications (e.g., engineering HNC/HND, NEBOSH, or vocational training). * Experience in waste-to-energy, ERF, or MPT processes with knowledge of industry-specific regulations. * Project management background, including planned outages, modifications, or capital improvements. * Health & safety certifications (e.g., IOSH, environmental management systems).
