The Maintenance Manager plays a key role in ensuring that all C & S homes and facilities, including ensuring the childrens residential homes, are safe, compliant, and well-maintained. The role involves overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring health and safety standards are met, and supporting external contracts where needed to deliver effective and timely repairs. Base Location: Exeter & Bodmin Title: Maintenance Manager Hours: Full Time 40hrs week Typical working week Monday to Friday with occasional weekends and call outs You must be eligible to work full time in the UK Hold a full UK driving licence. Team working and ability to solve unexpected situations are also essential. xehkeey Your Key responsibilities : Maintaining properties Being responsible and trustworthy General maintenance checks Delivering and collecting goods Accessing the maintenance tracker and selecting jobs based on importance and updating the the tracker once complete (Basic IT capabilities) Additional Information To work as an integrated part of the team Additional Training relevant to the role will be provided Any successful applicants will require full recruitment checks and an Enhanced DBS Disclosure & Barring Service (paid by us) Salary: £30,000 (van will be provided) Overtime Available Expected start date: Immediately.
