This role offers the opportunity to transform and modernise the site maintenance function, with a particular focus on developing a robust planned preventative maintenance (PPM) strategy across critical furnace and high-temperature process equipment. The business is investing in improving maintenance planning and reliability, including exploring the implementation of a CMMS system, making this an excellent opportunity for an engineering leader who enjoys building systems and driving change. Reporting to the senior operations leadership team, the Maintenance Manager will take responsibility for all maintenance activities across the facility.
