Our client is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead operations at a flagship site in Clacton-on-Sea. This Maintenance Manager role offers a varied leadership position managing a team of 15 staff across three teams, ensuring all facilities, homes, and grounds are maintained to a high standard.

The successful Maintenance Manager will take full responsibility for day-to-day operations, delivering high standards and ensuring a safe, compliant environment across the park. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager looking to take the next step in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, organise, and support a team of 15

* Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a maintenance management or supervisory role

* Strong leadership and organisational skills

* Good all-round maintenance knowledge

* Solid understanding of health & safety
