️ Role Summary:

We're looking for proactive individuals to support our maintenance operations. You'll help ensure our rooms and shared spaces meet the highest standards by carrying out essential repairs, assisting with logistics, and contributing to a smooth move-in experience for our summer guests and returning students.

Key Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional resident living Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues to resolve issues Assist with move-in day logistics and support Help the Maintenance Technician with tasks like moving furniture and equipment Carry out minor repairs and decoration (e.g. plumbing, painting, lighting) Perform silicone sealing, mastic work, and surface repairs Respond to health and safety matters promptly and appropriately Follow safety procedures and report incidents to the Operations Manager Attend a health and safety induction prior to starting-basic PPE prov...
