About the Role

Working 40 hours per week, you'll take ownership of both planned and reactive maintenance tasks across the property, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and in line with compliance standards. From electrical and plumbing repairs to general property upkeep, you'll play an essential role in creating a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living space for residents. You'll be confident working autonomously, prioritising tasks efficiently, and collaborating with contractors, suppliers, and site teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
