Job DescriptionKC Group are hiring on behalf of an established organisation who require a Caretaker to provide temporary cover In the Solihull Area. This is a full time temporary role, based onsite Monday-Friday, and offers an hourly rate of £13.50-£14.00 per hour. Key Information about the Caretaker role:

Start Date: ASAP subject to vetting Working Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week Monday to Friday Ability to work proactively in a reactive team environment, doing a wide range of physical tasks in a large campus. General ability to support repairs and working with caretaking team to respond to unknown requirements from various departments.

To be considered for the Caretaker role:

No specific qualifications are required for the role Experience of providing practical site services to a range of customers essential Experience of working as part of a team for specific projects and planning issues such as parking on large events Experience of and ability to respond to difficult or emergency situations Ability to maintain good professional relations with customers and contractors Ability to undertake and complete basic maintenance and refurbishment tasks
