Maintenance Person

We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance person to join our Gosforth Care home, working 20 hours per week, 4 days per week. The successful candidate will provide daily repairs and annual preventative maintenance involving some basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical and cleaning skills. As well as, building relationships with external contractors and overseeing any minor/major refurbishment or repair work required. Eothen offer a fully funded BUPA cash back scheme to all employees. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable. Public holiday working and call outs between the hours of 6pm and 6am will attract time and a half.
