Job Responsibilities

Create, manage, and close out work orders within the maintenance management system. Print, package, and organise work orders to ensure smooth workflow. Plan and coordinate site shutdowns effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Utilise budget allocations efficiently to maximise equipment uptime and operational performance. Collaborate with maintenance teams and other departments to schedule maintenance activities. Interpret technical documentation and communicate technical information clearly. Develop and maintain risk assessments and safe systems of work in compliance with UK health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to maintenance planning and scheduling. Utilise CMMS systems such as Maximo to track and manage maintenance activities. Prepare reports and documentation using Microsoft Office tools to support maintenance planning.
