Maintenance PlannerNorth BirminghamSalary circa £45,000 Health, BonusPermanentAre an experienced Maintenance Planner who loves working in a fast-paced manufacturing facility manufacturing high value products and who enjoys the full accountability for Planning Reactive, Planned and Project Maintenance related activity for the site?I am currently working with a global manufacturing company who are looking for a Maintenance Planner to join a large multi-skilled team of engineers and who is motivational and driven to help them achieve total successReporting to the Maintenance Manager they are looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner with proven experience of planning maintenance and engineering works across the site, this includes daily work requests, planned shutdowns composing and publishing of PM work schedulesWhat you will be doing:Full ownership of maintenance scheduling with SAP, ensuring all works are planned, resources and prioritised appropriatelyWork to improve schedule compliance, reduce downtime and ensure clear visibility of upcoming maintenance activitiesEnable accurate forecasting of materials, labour and contractor requirementsMonitor and manages PM complianceEnsure all records are accurately maintained to provide assurance for HSE, audits and the Senior Leadership TeamMonitor the mandatory training requirements for personnel ensuring any expiring qualifications are highlighted to the Maintenance ManagerSkills ExperienceBe qualified in an Electrical/Mechanical discipline to a good level (HNC or equivalent)Have a good level of understanding and experience working with SAPHave experience of working in a maintenance planning role within a large engineering/manufacturing businessStrong understanding Be a champion for continuous improvement with process and equipmentExcellent communication SkillsUnderstanding of Health & Safety requirements in the workplace with an IOSH qualification (desirable)If this role appeals and would like to know more call Scott Lydon on 07398989412 or email JBRP1_UKTJ
