The Opportunity Your duties and responsibilities will be * Convert approved work orders into work packages (time, resource, material and access requirements, method statement, draft risk assessment and contractor support as required). * Prepare the weekly maintenance schedule. * Defines the scope of the job and initiates the permit to work process. * Prepares work plans, schedules, and maintains these on a database. * Prepares cost estimates for jobs. * Prepares purchase requisitions. * Will deputise (in the short term i.e holiday/sickness cover) for all other Maintenance Technical Planners as the business requires. * Implement SHE and Quality policy You will have the following qualifications & experience * Minimum HNC and/or relevant maintenance experience * Project planning and scheduling experience * Proven track record of improving technical competence in their own area of discipline * Strong communication skills * Flexible approach It’s great if you also have the following * Proficient in Microsoft packa...
