Are you a Maintenance Manager or Engineering Planner ideally with previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment?
Working as part of a highly skilled and established engineering team based in Enfield, youll maximise plant reliability and performance to ensure our high standards of quality are achieved and to meet customers expectations. Managing the preventative maintenance system, youll ensure overall equipment efficiency reducing downtime and damage.

As our Maintenance Planning Manager, youll ensure the delivery of effective engineering maintenance support to the site. Youll work collaboratively with the Engineering Manager, Production Leads and Engineering Team to plan and schedule all maintenance activity including backlog, spares and materials. In addition, youll support plant criticality reviews, review maintenance plans, establishing critical spares, and be the key user for the site SAP PM maintenance system and reporting.

Youll ensure stock is available for planned maintenance and ensure contractors work safely in line with risk assessments.

• Planning and scheduling of a risk-based maintenance strategy
• Planning shutdowns and follow on works
• Ensure data integrity within the CMMS system (SAP).
• Materials for work orders are anticipated and available for scheduled works
• CI evaluate the effectiveness of Planned performance maintenance tasks based on KPIs
• Ensure service contracts/external supplier relationships are maintained and supplier effectiveness is reviewed.
• Contractor Control - RAMS

• Experienced Engineering Planner / Maintenance Planner
• Experience of Contractor and stores management in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
• IT knowledge able to use widespread functions within relevant software inc. Microsoft Office and SAP
• H&S knowledge e.g. IOSH able to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communication skills articulate/develops effective, long-term relationships with key people
• Desirable structured Engineering training - L3 Apprenticeship
