Maintenance Shift Manager - Food Production

Location: Maidenhead (on-site)

Shift Pattern: 4-on/4-off (mix of nights/days)

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + extensive shift allowance, yearly performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package

As a new Engineering Manager, you will lead a whole engineering function and take ownership of a well-balanced team of maintenance technicians. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance people management with getting stuck in on the ground -coordinating maintenance activities, coaching your team, and driving a proactive maintenance culture across high-speed production lines.

This role will suit someone who's stepped up from the tools into team leadership, who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the balance between keeping production running and building long-term results. You'll have autonomy to make an impact, suggest improvements, and develop your team your own way.
