Job Description
We are currently seeing a Maintenance Specialist to join a property company that provides bespoke work space for clients across the London.
They are now seeking a hands-on, multi-skilled Maintenance Specialist to join their in-house team. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining the quality of managed offices and ensuring new sites are launched to the highest standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Maintenance Specialist, you will:
- Act as the first responder to site issues—assessing and resolving problems or recommending specialist contractors
- Conduct regular site inspections, identifying and reporting major repairs
- Oversee contractor visits and ensure all work is completed to spec
- Carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks, including:
- Plumbing repairs (leaks, tap replacements)
- Minor electrical work
- Tiling, lock replacements, and general fix-it tasks
- Painting and light decorating (e.g. hanging picture frames)
- Support office move-ins (installing whiteboards, wall-mounting TVs)
- Perform basic carpentry (e.g. building cabinets)
Working Hours
Choose from two shift patterns:
- 8:00am–5:00pm
- 11:00am–8:00pm
- Flexibility required across multiple sites throughout London.

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- Proven experience in maintenance, construction, or a similar hands-on field
- Comfort with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- A working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Great communication and relationship-building skills

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
