An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactiveMaintenanceSupervisorto join an FMServiceProvider based in Farringdon, London.

The role is predominantly hands-on, with the successful candidate expected to spend the majority of their time working on the tools while providing day-to-day supervision and technical support to the engineering team. The position is primarily landlord-focused (approximately 80%), with the remaining 20% dedicated to supporting tenant requirements and ensuringserviceexcellence across all areas.

Flexibility is essential, as the role will involve participation in planned shutdowns and out-of-hours works when required.

£57,000 per annum, rising to £60,000 per annum upon achieving HVAP status (+£3,000).
