Role: Maintenance Supervisor

Shift: Monday-Friday Days

Salary: Up to £50,000

Our client is looking for another motivated Mechanical Supervisor to join their strong maintenance function!

The Role

As a Mechanical Supervisor, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Taking charge of the maintenance planning and scheduling PPMs
• Leading Continuous Improvement projects
• Managing contractors on site
• Confidently fault finding on heavy mechanical components such as hydraulic power pack units, conveyor belts, bearings, shafts, pulleys, gearboxes etc.
• Calibrating equipment to ensure its accuracy

About You

The ideal Mechanical Supervisor will have the following:

• No Managerial/Supervisory experience needed!
• Mechanical fault finding experience
• Experience working with heavy machinery
• An open attitude to working in any type of environment
