This is a key role ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and well-maintained.You will manage compliance across multiple areas, including gas, electrical, fire safety, asbestos, and legionella, while overseeing planned, reactive, and compliance works. The role involves property inspections, contractor management, and project delivery, ensuring excellent customer service and value for money.Key ResponsibilitiesManage compliance for gas, electrical, fire safety, asbestos, and legionellaOversee planned, reactive, and compliance works, ensuring quality and safety standardsConduct property surveys (void and occupied) and scope required worksManage contractor performance, budgets, and financial controlsCarry out stock condition surveys and update property dataEnsure new property handovers meet required standardsUndertake audits, risk assessments, and safety inspectionsDeliver excellent customer service and maintain strong stakeholder relationshipsAbout YouStrong knowledge of building construction, standards, and legislationExperience in responsive repairs, voids, and planned maintenanceTrack record of managing building works and compliance programmesUnderstanding of fire risk assessments and FRA regulationsMinimum 2 years post-qualified experience in property managementHNC or equivalent qualificationExcellent organisational skills and ability to work independentlyFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the SouthBenefits£5,500 car allowanceCompany pensionCycle to work schemeLife insuranceSick payStore discountsTPBN1_UKTJ
