Typical day as a Maintenance Surveyor Carrying out pre and post inspections of repairs on both responsive and void properties, managing a patch across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Essex,ensuring high-quality work and that our customers are happy with the outcome. Providing technical advice and support to our trades, maintenance managers, subcontractors, and suppliers so we deliver a high-quality, cost-effective, and compliant service.
