Facilities Team Member
Location: London Camden
Hours and Rota: 37.5 hours per week. The role will be expected to work an 8 hour shift between 8am and 8pm Monday - Sunday.
Salary: £28,958 - £35,039 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits
Essential: A full driving license valid for driving in the UK
What you`ll be doing as a Facilities Team Member:
* Electrical background preferred
* Resolving a variety of general maintenance issues and problems including basic plastering, window and door repairs, completing like-for-like electrical changes and basic plumbing
* Responding to any Health and Safety related calls
* Completing planned inspections and rectifying any remedial works
* Logging any maintenance issues and follow up accordingly

* You`ll have experience working within general maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical skills desireable
* You`ll have experience within a customer facing role
