Maintenance Technician Technegydd Cynnal a Chadw. - The role will involve carrying out maintenance of Bi-Mode, Tri-Mode, Diesel multiple units, rolling stock, Locomotives & tram-trains, to recognised VMI (Vehicle Maintenance Instructions) and laid down safety procedures whilst playing an active role to carry out duties to ensure that the reliability and availability targets are consistently met and improved. Ensure all duties are carried out safely with the use of PPE adhering to all safety policies and procedures, liaising with all other team members, Team leaders and management. Ensure that safety procedures and documents are adhered to in accordance with VMI & local instruction. Use of all PPE in accordance with Rule book, FSP's and local instructions. NVQ L3 Engineering / Maintenance qualification. Understand and implement engineering maintenance and quality standards. Welsh Language Skills While not essential for this role, Welsh language skills would make a great addition to your application.
