Converting Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is a manufacturing company serving the print and packaging industry for over 25 years. Our team supports a variety of production and finishing operations that help our customers bring their products and marketing materials to market.

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain and troubleshoot equipment in our production facility.

Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems throughout our manufacturing facility. This role plays an important part in minimizing downtime and keeping production equipment running efficiently.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment

Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery

Diagnose equipment issues and restore operation quickly

Assist with equipment setup, adjustments, and improvements

Work closely with production teams to support efficient operations

Follow safety procedures and maintenance protocols

Document maintenance activities and repairs when needed

Qualifications

Required

Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to diagnose equipment issues in a production environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience working in manufacturing or industrial facilities

Experience maintaining production or industrial equipment

Experience in converting, print finishing, packaging, or similar industries

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the facility

Comfortable working around industrial equipment and machinery

Ability to perform hands-on maintenance work for extended periods
