This position requires strong technical expertise combined with key competencies such as attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. You will work collaboratively within a team, demonstrating effective communication, adaptability under pressure, and a commitment to delivering consistent results in a dynamic manufacturing setting.Health & Safety ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with LT Foods UKs health & safety, food safety, and quality assurance standards.Report any hazards, incidents, or near misses promptly to the Production Manager or Shift Supervisor.Support the implementation of safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.Participate in health and safety briefings and training sessions as required.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Line EfficiencyDowntime ReductionChangeover TimeMaintenance ComplianceQuality PerformanceSafety ComplianceRequirementsMinimum 2 years within FMCG or high-speed manufacturing.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvement.Working Hours41.25 hours per week, on a two-weekly rotating shift cycle as follows:Shift Week 106:0014:1514:0022:15Week 2 14:0022:1506:0014:15Weekend coverage may be required depending on business needs and will be distributed fairly across teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production line equipment to maintain optimal performance.Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and minor repairs on machinery.Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues promptly.Conduct line changeovers and setups according to production schedules.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.Record and report equipment performance, downtime, and maintenance activities.Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement process improvements.Support root cause analysis for recurring technical issues.Competitive salary of £35,000 FTE.25 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays.Career development opportunities within a growing global FMCG company.Comprehensive training and upskilling programs.TPBN1_UKTJ
