Job Description
The role:
A leading property management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to be based on a high-end Build to Rent site in South London.
Responsibilities include:
Be responsible for carrying out reactive and planned maintenance tasks on site
Diagnose the cause of defects
Maintain accurate records
Deliver excellent customer service to
Ensure the building meets standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality
Provide property inspections
Liaise with contractors when needed
The person:
Prior experience in property management maintenance
Comprehensive understanding of building services
Excellent written and spoken English
Positive, can-do attitude
