What You Will Be Doing
You will support smooth facility operations by minimizing unplanned downtime through effective maintenance and repairs, including:
Repairing and maintaining assigned facility and production equipment
Performing scheduled and periodic equipment inspections
Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, control, and thermal issues
Researching, testing, and implementing new products and cost-saving initiatives
Supporting preventive maintenance programs to ensure reliable facility operations

How You Will Qualify
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 3 years of technical experience
2-year degree counts as 1 year of experience
4-year degree counts as 2 years of experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to independently diagnose and repair moderately complex issues
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Experience identifying, scheduling, and managing improvement initiatives
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills with limited guidance
Ability to exercise independent judgment regularly
Solid understanding of maintenance department processes
Ability to mentor and support junior-level technicians
Working Conditions
Office environment approximately 1.5 hours per day
Manufacturing environment approximately 6.5 hours per day
Occasional overnight travel for training or remote support
Overtime may be required to meet operational and customer demands
Hazards
Frequent exposure to moving or mechanical parts
Moderate noise levels, with hearing protection required in designated areas
