You should be familiar with working in a fast moving industrial manufacturing environment and ideally you will be from an industrial background and be prepared to work shifts, with some weekend work required as and when the business conditions dictate. You will also be asked to cover both pre-planned and reactive maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.
